I contacted no less than three agents is St Francis Bay when I decided to sell my property. The first agent listed my property under a sole mandate (which I had agreed to initially), but after approximately 2/3 months I had not received any mandate to regulate the agreement between myself and the agent. When I requested the mandate agreement from the agent, I had not received anything, to date. Two other agents assured me that they would list and market my property, but ala, I never heard from them again. I went onto Property24 and saw that Lorrin had recently sold property in The Links.
